Orders

We know… decisions, decisions. Unfortunately, once an order has been placed and you've received a confirmation email we can’t cancel or make any changes as your order is already in the works. Please be sure to review your cart, as well as your shipping and billing information before checking out to make sure it's accurate. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!

We’ve got you covered! If we can’t generate a shipping label with the address provided at check out, our Customer Service team will reach out to you for an updated address. This may cause a delay in processing and shipping time. If we don't receive a response within 10 business days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and return the funds to your account.

With AfterPay, you are able to shop now and pay later! You can select Installments by AfterPay during checkout and pay for your purchase over 4 equal payments. No additional fees or interest when you pay on time. 

Please note that AfterPay is only available to domestic customers at this time.

Shipping

We hate to make you wait, especially on new makeup! So at theBalm, we strive to process orders as soon as they’re received. Our standard processing time is between 2-8 business days; processing times may vary during sales or promotional events. Check out our shipping policy for more info.

Shipping & Returns

Oui, sí, yes, we ship internationally!

Canada: $30 or free for orders over $150 (fees do not include duties or taxes).

Puerto Rico: $30 or free for orders over $150.

All other countries: $30 or free for orders over $150 (fees do not include duties or taxes).

If you have questions regarding the duty or tax rate for your package, please contact your local postal service for more information.

International shipping fees may vary during sales or promotional events, but fees will never include possible duties or taxes.

Product Information

Great question! At theBalm, we offer paraben and cruelty-free products, but our line of cosmetics isn’t considered vegan. Some of our products contain animal-derived ingredients like beeswax and carmine, but never any ruminant extracts or derivatives. We believe you should know what goes on that beautiful face, so we list all of our ingredients online — simply search a product and click “View Ingredients.” If you have questions about a specific product, hit us up at info@thebalm.com — we’re happy to help!

We love free samples too! Unfortunately, we don’t not send samples of our products. But we do offer a fabulous return policy! You can send back any unused products for a full refund and any gently used products can be exchanged for credit to theBalm.com. (International orders aren’t eligible for an exchange.)
