For deeper skin tones like my own, the Betty-Lou Manizer serves as my all time favorite highlighter (that I’ve been using for 6+ years). It gives you the ultimate “glow from within” look that can be worn daily. It melts perfectly into the skin and provides a nice sheen instead of sitting on the skin or coming off as glittery.
