How can I change or cancel my order?



Once an order has been placed and you’ve received a confirmation email, we are unable to cancel or make any changes as this means that your order is already being processed. Please be sure to review your cart, as well as your shipping and billing information before checking out to make sure it’s accurate. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

If we are unable to generate a shipping label with the address provided at check out, our Customer Service team will reach out to you for an updated address. This may cause a delay in processing and shipping time. If we do not receive a response within ten business days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and return the funds to your account.
